OUR MISSION

Bringing care with the message of hope.

Our mission is to bring together doctors, dentists, and other health professionals, pilots and non-medical support volunteers with the sole purpose of showing the love of Jesus Christ. We focus on the whole person, treating the Mind, Body, and Spirit. The staff at Rancho Bernardo Integrative Medicine Center (see RBIMChealth.com), Landry Poole (pilot and husband of Dr. Jill Cottel), and other medical professionals have teamed up to form a Non-Profit Corporation called Callsign Compassion. We are committed to bringing healing and the message of Christ to a people who are in need of Spiritual and Physical healing.

OUR VISION

Using medicine and aviation to answer the call.

Callsign Compassion started from a strong desire by husband and wife team Landry (Pilot) and Dr. Jill, to reach out to those in need. After attending a medical missions conference with the Christian Medical and Dental Association, Landry and Jill made their first mssions trip (October 2006) in a small four seat aircraft (Cessna 172XP) over seven hundred miles south of the US border to the towns of Mulege and Loreto, Baja California, that had been hurricane ravaged. After a very successful trip, they decided they would commit to giving back just a little of what they had been so blessed to receive.

OUR PLAN

Putting faith into action.

Through prayerful consideration and counseling they now coordinate teams to serve both locally and in Mexico. These teams now regularly provide dental, medical, and vision care to those in the greatest need. The plan is to share talents and build a support base so that providers can go and treat Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Every person is valuable.

We believe that every person is valuable because they were created in the image of God. Providing compassionate quality care allows us to show people the love of Christ Jesus. In this way, we are able not only to meet their medical, dental, and vision needs, but their spiritual needs as well.
